Warranty

This limited warranty outlines the terms under which a purchased device is covered against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and begins from the date the product is confirmed as delivered. The duration of this coverage extends for one hundred days, during which the product is expected to function as intended without issues arising from manufacturing faults. This warranty is provided to offer reassurance that the product meets reasonable quality and performance expectations during the specified period.

If a defect in hardware is identified within the warranty timeframe and a valid claim is submitted, the appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances. The available remedies may include repairing the product using new or reconditioned components, replacing it with a comparable unit that may also consist of new or refurbished parts, or issuing a refund equal to the original purchase price. The choice of remedy is made at the discretion of the provider and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. These remedies are intended to fully address valid claims, and no additional compensation or alternatives are offered beyond what is described. Depending on local regulations, shipping or handling costs may apply, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Replacement products, when provided, are covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty or for a minimum of thirty days, whichever period is longer.

To request warranty service, prior authorization is required. Customers must contact the support team by email at hidratespark@outlook.com to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, the product should be securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging or in materials that provide an equivalent level of protection, and shipped to the address provided. Shipping arrangements may be covered as part of the service process. By returning the product, ownership is transferred to the service provider for evaluation and handling. Returns submitted without proper authorization or lacking a valid claim may be declined, returned at the sender’s expense, or held temporarily before being disposed of if not collected. Proof of purchase may be required to confirm eligibility, and compliance with any registration requirements may also be necessary.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding any personal data, software, or stored information associated with the product prior to submitting it for service. During the repair or replacement process, it is possible that stored data may be erased or altered, and no responsibility is assumed for any resulting loss. It is recommended that all important information be backed up before returning the product for service.

This warranty applies only to products that can be clearly identified as authentic and obtained through authorized sources. It does not extend to unrelated items, third-party hardware, counterfeit products, or items believed to be stolen. Consumable components, such as batteries, and software elements are also excluded from coverage, even if included with the product at the time of purchase. Any separate terms governing software use are addressed independently and should be reviewed accordingly.

Coverage does not apply to products that have been altered, modified, or used in ways that fall outside of their intended purpose. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, exposure to environmental hazards such as water, fire, or extreme conditions, or use with incompatible accessories is not covered. Similarly, any damage caused by unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or modifications voids the warranty. Products returned with missing, damaged, or tampered identification labels, or those that have been disassembled without authorization, are also excluded from coverage.

No representative, reseller, or agent is permitted to alter or extend the terms of this warranty. If any portion of the warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including those related to merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty period. Certain jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, and in those cases, specific rights may vary depending on local regulations.

Liability is limited under this warranty. No responsibility is assumed for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if the possibility of such losses has been communicated. In regions where such limitations are restricted, these exclusions may not fully apply.

This warranty is governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where it is enforced, and consumers may have additional rights under local regulations concerning the sale of goods.
